Meet the Builder
Alyssa DeLashaw - Construction Manager
My path to becoming a custom home builder started long before I ever picked up a hammer. I grew up watching my dad and granddad work diligently to create places families could call home. They both built with the same quiet pride, and their stories and leadership taught me that a home is more than walls and a roof—it’s a foundation for a family’s future.

After studying Construction Management at Collin College, I felt led to continue that legacy in my own way. I began by building my own home from the ground up. There’s something humbling about walking through a structure you curated beam by beam, knowing it will hold moments and milestones for years to come. That experience inspired me to start building for others, treating each home with the same care and intention I put into my own.

My faith is at the heart of everything I do. I strive to honor Jesus in the way I work, serve, and interact with the people around me. Whether on a jobsite or in my community, I believe in showing up for others, lending a hand, and using the gifts I’ve been given for good.

Outside of building, I stay connected to my roots through small-scale farming—a tradition that’s been in my family for generations. Working the land has a way of keeping you grounded, and it’s a lifestyle I’m grateful to share with my children. Just like construction, farming teaches patience, stewardship, and the value of honest work.

Today, as a custom home builder, my goal is simple: to create homes where families can grow, gather, and build their own legacy. Every project is personal to me, and I’m honored each time someone trusts me with a piece of their story.
