Meet the Team

Alyssa DeLashaw
Owner - Construction Manager
As Owner and Founder of DeLashaw Custom Homesteads, Alyssa leads the team the same way she was taught by the two generations of homebuilders before her - with diligence, passion, and a heart for serving others.
Raised in a family of builders, she learned early on that a home is more than a structure. It's the place where families gather, memories are made, and legacies are built.
Determined to continue that legacy in her own way, Alyssa earned her Construction Management Certification from Collin College and combined her education with the hands-on lessons she learned growing up in the industry.
Today, she is passionate about helping families create homes that reflect their values, support their lifestyle, and serve as the backdrop for life's most meaningful moments.
Guided by her faith and a commitment to treating others well, Alyssa strives to make every client feel cared for throughout the building process. For Alyssa, the greatest reward isn't building a home. The reward is in knowing she has played a pivotal role in creating a space that will be filled with laughter, traditions, and memories for generations to come.
